Quote Guarantee
Once we agree on a quote, that price will be your only cost throughout the project. We will not surprise you with unexpected
charges on the final bill. If changes beyond the scope of the original quote are needed, we'll jointly agree upon any price
changes before any additional work is done.
Furthermore, if you're not satisfied with our work, and we can't resolve things to your satisfaction, you may cancel the current project at any time. We certainly don't anticipate problems - we're so sure you'll be thrilled with our work, we're willing to stake our business on it!
Website Hosting [for our clients only]
The following packages are available, and can be adjusted to meet individual client needs.
We are happy to set up your website on a different
web host at no additional charge. There are no setup fees when hosting with us.

Domain Registration
Domain registration is required for all new domain names, with a 1-year minimum. We can handle the registration, or not.
The yearly fee is $15.
Billing
We require a 40% deposit on our project quote before beginning work on your project. You'll be billed for the remaining
60% once the final web site design has been approved. Your web site will be released to the internet on receipt of final payment.
Retainer
Maybe you've got your website designed and are shopping around for someone to handle your updates.
AWG can handle your maintenance work regardless whether you
are a client or have gone elsewhere for website design!
You can purchase a block of time (in 1 hour increments). There is no "expiration date" with the purchase of these blocks of time. If, for example, you purchase 10 hours and only use 1 hour per month, that's fine! Your time will never expire. You will receive an email invoice after each update detailing the amount of time used and the time remaining in your current block purchase. All your account information is available online in our secure client area.
All retainer work will be assessed in quarter-hour increments at the following rates:
Website design: $60/hour
Database work: $70/hour
Photography work: $55/hour (incl travel)
Data entry work: $45/hour
